Critical financial processes such as bank reconciliations, ACH payment processing, and bank statement integration required significant manual effort and created operational risk. The finance team also lacked key cash-basis reporting capabilities and had limited visibility into receipts, disbursements, and other financial data required for decision-making. In addition, invoice workflows, procurement controls, user administration, and SAP governance processes required optimization to support a growing organization managing numerous projects and legal entities.

One measurable finding was an SAP license utilization review that identified over $280,000 in potential annual license cost avoidance through license optimization and alignment with actual user requirements.

The team implemented and supported ACH payment automation, BAI2 bank statement integration, electronic bank statement processing, reporting enhancements, invoice workflow improvements, SAP upgrade activities, test data refresh procedures, user and role administration, and SAP Cloud ALM adoption. In addition, Bramasol delivered custom reporting capabilities such as Receipts Register and Disbursements Register reports, helping the finance team meet monthly reporting requirements and gain better insight into cash activity.
