For over 20 years, Dave has used technology and business solutions to help companies improve their performance. Since 1995, he has focused on leveraging SAP products to deliver real business improvements to organizations ranging from family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies in more than a dozen industries. Dave first joined Bramasol in 2007 to re-launch its professional services business. Since becoming CEO in May 2011, he has guided Bramasol to its strongest growth in years, highlighted by a major acquisition that doubled the size of the company and gave it a global reach.
Before joining Bramasol, David spent nine years at Deloitte, where he held a variety of leadership roles including leading major SAP implementations within the U.S. and around the world. While at Deloitte, he helped build one of the early versions of the High Tech Pre-Configured solution with SAP, and spent over a year in London and Germany serving a large global multi-national firm. Dave began his career at Price Waterhouse.
As Bramasol’s CEO, Dave leads the company’s global drive to be the premier SAP value-added reseller and professional services firm. This effort involves a focus on leading the SAP SaaS cloud solution evolution, based on SAP Business ByDesign, as well as enhancing sales and services in North America and providing a premier solution for the sports industry. Dave directs Bramasol’s traditional SAP ERP business as well as its rapidly-growing business intelligence portfolio based on BusinessObjects and BPC. Under his leadership, Bramasol remains a leading reseller for the SME market in the western U.S. and continues to expand the industry solutions and functions it offers. Bramasol also provides industry expertise in some of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S., including high tech software, manufacturing, professional services, sports and venue management, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Mike drives Bramasol’s Sales strategy, as well as expansion into new markets. In this role, he is responsible for management of sales activities across all lines of business including software, consulting, and managed services. He has a passion for the art of the sale and prides himself on building long term relationships.
Mike’s career spans more than 25 years in the software industry, including a broad range of positions in sales, and sales management for both enterprise and midmarket companies. During his career he has held many senior level sales management positions at companies like Oracle where he was their Sales Rep of the year for applications. Mike also held management positions at itelligence, i2 Technologies, Deltek, QAD, ASK and start-up Appshop. As a founder of Appshop, Mike was a part of a team that raised $32M in venture funding and grew sales and sales offices across North America with operations in India and China. Appshop was sold to AT&T and is the nucleus of their hosting operation today.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and lives with his wife and two children in Irvine, CA.

In his role at Bramasol, John Froelich draws upon more than 25 years of global sales, marketing, and executive leadership experience with Fortune 100 companies such as SAP, IBM, AT&T, and Avaya. Before joining Bramasol, John served as a business coach and consultant who helped small and medium-sized businesses improve profitability, increase sales, and achieve business clarity. His clients included Signs By Tomorrow, AJF Engineering, US Airways, and American Express.
John has built and managed inside sales and sales teams globally – most recently with SAP, where he set up and led the inside sales and telemanagement teams. During his work with Avaya and IBM, he managed teams in more than 30 countries and consulted with British Telecom, Intel, Sun, and other Fortune 100 companies on strategy and deployment of global telesales, telemarketing, and marketing organizations and programs. John began his career at AT&T, where he spent 15 years in various sales and marketing roles selling engineering, testing, and quality assurance services, and consulting with Fortune 500 companies such as NYSE, Morgan Stanley, and Tucker Anthony. During this time, he also served the U.S. during the first Gulf War by participating in two tours of duty in support of the troops in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait as an AT&T employee.
John is a member of Scottsdale (AZ) Leadership, a group of elite business and community leaders chosen for their contributions to the city and their focus on local philanthropic causes. He is also a member of the Scottsdale mayor’s business development advisory board and task force. John has earned a Master of Science degree in finance and international business and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Seton Hall University.

Vijay Chavva leads as the Vice President of Professional Services for Bramasol, where he manages Delivery, Technology, Portfolios, RAR CoE, including SAP ES and AMS, Rev Rec staff and project delivery in North America and India.
A top-performing professional with great vision, Vijay has over 25 years of experience in Sr management, leadership, portfolio and project Management, operational efficiency of CoEs and is known for creating collaborative work environments. His vision includes delivering ‘excellence on time and within the budget committed’ by conscious consulting, value additions while using best practices, and building and keeping RAR knowledge repository at Bramasol’s RAR CoE.
He is an expert at assessing and evaluating clients, and portfolio management needs all while providing innovative solutions. He specializes in building teams from the ground-up, and in ensuring that business objectives are met consistently, tactically and strategically with both short and long term vision. Before his current role, Vijay was working with Flextronics International San Jose as the Director of IT and Senior Manager heading the Centre of Tech Excellence-IT.
Vijay is a nuanced leader with a reputation for excellence from companies like Apple, HP and Good Year and including Big 4 consulting experience.
Vijay holds an MBA in Marketing & MIS (Management Information Systems) and is also very actively involved in community services. He holds board memberships in several NPOs in the USA.

Providing leadership and mentorship over our Finance, Human Resources and Administrative teams, Christine Molinaro brings over 25 years of managerial accounting and project management to our Bramasol team. Christine joined Bramasol in early 2015 and has infused updated processes around business standards, governance, and enhanced compliance with regulatory and financial reporting. She is a strong believer in streamlined operations and building an efficient and effective team to support all departments across the organization and bring synergy throughout the company.
Christine began her career in public accounting, obtaining her certification (CPA) in 1992. After 5 years in public, Christine transitioned into corporate financial management for both public and private entities. She has spent time in industries such as Telecom, Wine, Software, Professional Services and Online eCommerce at companies as small as $10M and as large as $500M and with teams as large as 25.
Christine is a San Francisco Bay Area native, and has recently returned to the south bay from Southern Oregon. Throughout Christine’s career, she has found time to support causes and volunteer within organizations that she finds important to our communities. She has participated in volunteer activities with United Way, Junior Achievement, and Soroptimist International. She is an active board member and treasury accountant for the Rogue Valley Flying Club in Medford, Oregon. She has also been a past Cat Adoption Counseler with Tony LaRussa’s ARF Foundation in Walnut Creek, CA, and supports animal rights causes. In her spare time, she enjoys light hiking, biking, travelling internationally and attending local art and wine festivals. Christine was married in Siena, Italy, to her husband of 20 years, Jerry, and they have two fur children, Mac and Leo.

Munaf has an extensive wealth of experience in offshore Company operations, technology, quality assurance, management skills and customer support. He has worked in and been inspired by key domains and various leadership roles working with CMM level 5 organizations for the past 14 years.
Before joining Bramasol, Munaf served as a Director and setup an offshore Software as a service (SaaS) startup Company Central Desktop India Pvt Ltd and delivered effective IT services. He has proven his Management skills at Synechron Software at various levels and played vital role of SME, QA Manager and Delivery Manager for USA giant client in Mobile Insurance domain. He has adept acquaintance on Agile and Scrum working model to manage and developed strategic development, QA and Customer teams in alignment partnerships with global clients.
Munaf spent over 6 years as in charge of entire Software Quality Assurance delivery for product based company for Supply Chain Management solutions based in USA at Foodlink Company. He also, built a brand new QA and Customer Service team to deliver supports to US clients. In addition he worked for Kanbay Software and served for JP Morgan client on equity market as a Consultant.
Munaf ensures overall functional operations of India. He manages various vendors, contract relationship for Bramasol India, as well as being responsible to maintain Bramasol India Legal Compliances, Human Resources, Information Technology and Talent Acquisition.
He has a Master of Computer Management degree from University of Pune, Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from University of Pune, India. He is a technical HP certified professional in Test Management tools & holds a Professional Diploma in Software Engineering from DataPro institute.
