Description:

  • The Bramasol Services SAP RAR Delivery Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing our client’s projects and to ensure that they are meeting their service level agreements.

  • This individual will also participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation across the organization.

  • This position will act as a resource and an escalation point for the end user services personnel fielding incident requests and providing resolution and cause analysis.

  • Additionally, the individual in this position will work closely with all IT staff in all offices, domestic and international.

  • Intermittent travel between the offices is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Partner Management: 

  • Interpret and translate Client’s work statements and define/refine the Partner supply statement for optimal service delivery both for partners solutions

  • Overall responsible for the achievement of contracted service levels and end user satisfaction targets

  • Manage the delivery of SAP RAR services from service partnership as ‘One Service Team’ within the eco systems partners and internal IT

Governance & Engagement Model: 

  • In conjunction with the partners, establish a governance model to address Operational, Tactical and Strategic forums individually and collectively

  • Responsible for providing governance and overseeing and managing various service vendors

  • Works with external partners and consultants to act as technical-project lead on implementing new projects and solutions

  • Participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new RAR solutions

  • Evaluate, recommend, and execute new support packs and update existing systems to ensure optimal performance and delivery

  • Documents changes and resolutions and follows approved change control processes

  • Maintains accurate and effective documentation for all the client projects

  • Participates in team meetings and group discussions

  • Research and recommend innovative solutions, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks

Operational Excellence: 

  • Establish full methodology and training processes and maturity within an organization

  • Oversee the coordination of multiple teams

  • Identify and build IP

  • Establish dashboard and matrixes for management reviews with partners

  • Drives Continues Improvement planning (CIP) with partners in both re-active and pro-active measures

  • Perform other duties as requested by the department VP or management

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Must have a deep & strong understanding of Financial, General accounting & controlling configuration (GL, AP, FA, Banking, PCA, IO, COPA, etc.)

  • Must have a deep & strong understanding of SAP SD/FICO modules

  • Must have a deep & strong understanding of lead role work and worked as a Portfolio manager role

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex scopes of work

  • Must be customer service oriented

  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively within a group or individually

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with varying levels of management, users, and team members, both written and verbal

  • Excellent project management, documentation, and organizational skills

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related and MBA (preferred)

  • A minimum of 10+ years of SAP Service Delivery experience

  • Must have completed at least three to four end-to-end implementations

  • Able to manage a team of consultants focused on solution delivery

  • Project Management experience with large and medium sized enterprises

  • Experience working in a complex, fast paced environment preferably in the financial industry
