For over 25 years, Dave Fellers has leveraged business and technology solutions to help companies solve pressing challenges and improve performance. Since 1995, he has focused on applying SAP products to deliver real business improvements to organizations ranging from family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies in more than a dozen industries.
Dave first joined Bramasol in 2007 to re-launch its professional services business. Since becoming CEO in May 2011, he has guided Bramasol to record-setting growth and revenues highlighted by the successful drive to serve the Office of the CFO in Accounting Compliance, Treasury and Finance Transformation, and a major acquisition that doubled the size of the company and gave it a global reach. Before joining Bramasol, Dave spent nine years at Deloitte, and started his career at Price Waterhouse where he first worked with SAP software. Dave is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Accounting Information Systems.

Jonathan Bell has over 35 years experience in accounting and finance, 26 years of which have been in Hi-Tech Industries, Internet Systems and Software. Mr. Bell brings a well-rounded foundation of experience in small & medium-sized business administration, finance, marketing, strategic business acquisitions and international accounting/taxation. Mr. Bell also has significant experience in intellectual property management, consulting services management and contract administration.
As the CFO of Bramasol since 2001, Mr. Bell is responsible for all aspects of Bramasol’s accounting and finance as well as financial planning and forecasting.
Prior to joining Bramasol, Mr. Bell was the President/CFO of Weathernews Inc., the world’s largest private weather services company, led the company into renewed profitability by completely rebuilding its technology infrastructure and steering its first successful product diversification in many years. In addition to his duties as President of Weathernews’ traditional business, he planned and directed the Internet weather services. This included the development of relationships with Yahoo and USA Today for which Weathernews is the weather provider today.
In addition, Mr. Bell has held CFO, VP Finance and Controller positions for a variety of importation, distribution and marketing firms, including an advertising firm where he developed promotional campaigns and sponsorship programs in professional motorsports. His degrees in Public Accounting and Commerce were awarded by McGill University in Montreal Canada. Mr. Bell qualified as a CPA in 1983.
During his off-time, Mr. Bell is avid runner and fitness enthusiast. Mr. Bell also enjoys the visual arts and classic cars. But mostly, Mr. Bell enjoys his other challenging management position – that of managing his pre-teen daughter.

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Mike drives Bramasol’s Sales strategy, as well as expansion into new markets. In this role, he is responsible for management of sales activities across all lines of business including software, consulting, and managed services. He has a passion for the art of the sale and prides himself on building long term relationships.
Mike’s career spans more than 25 years in the software industry, including a broad range of positions in sales, and sales management for both enterprise and midmarket companies. During his career he has held many senior level sales management positions at companies like Oracle where he was their Sales Rep of the year for applications. Mike also held management positions at itelligence, i2 Technologies, Deltek, QAD, ASK and start-up Appshop. As a founder of Appshop, Mike was a part of a team that raised $32M in venture funding and grew sales and sales offices across North America with operations in India and China. Appshop was sold to AT&T and is the nucleus of their hosting operation today.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and lives with his wife and two children in Irvine, CA.

Jeff is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services, where he brings over 30 years of Information Technology experience. Most recently, Jeff was the Vice President of Strategic Solutions and CIO of Smiths Medical, in Minneapolis Minnesota.
Jeff brings over 25 years of SAP experience, both in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as industry. During his time in industry, he has held senior IT positions in companies like 3M and General Electric. As a consultant, he has worked in several different industries delivering technology solutions, developing IT strategies, building enterprise architecture policies and governance, and providing support services.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ball State University and lives in Minnesota.

In his role at Bramasol, John Froelich draws upon more than 25 years of global sales, marketing, and executive leadership experience with Fortune 100 companies such as SAP, IBM, AT&T, and Avaya. Before joining Bramasol, John served as a business coach and consultant who helped small and medium-sized businesses improve profitability, increase sales, and achieve business clarity. His clients included Signs By Tomorrow, AJF Engineering, US Airways, and American Express.
John has built and managed inside sales and sales teams globally – most recently with SAP, where he set up and led the inside sales and telemanagement teams. During his work with Avaya and IBM, he managed teams in more than 30 countries and consulted with British Telecom, Intel, Sun, and other Fortune 100 companies on strategy and deployment of global telesales, telemarketing, and marketing organizations and programs. John began his career at AT&T, where he spent 15 years in various sales and marketing roles selling engineering, testing, and quality assurance services, and consulting with Fortune 500 companies such as NYSE, Morgan Stanley, and Tucker Anthony. During this time, he also served the U.S. during the first Gulf War by participating in two tours of duty in support of the troops in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait as an AT&T employee.
John is a member of Scottsdale (AZ) Leadership, a group of elite business and community leaders chosen for their contributions to the city and their focus on local philanthropic causes. He is also a member of the Scottsdale mayor’s business development advisory board and task force. John has earned a Master of Science degree in finance and international business and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Seton Hall University.
