Role – Project Manager

Location: Remote

Reports to: Senior VP of Professional Services

Travel: 50 to 70% – Remote initially

Position Overview:

The Project Manager plays a key lead role either running multiple projects or managing portions of a large programs. Additionally, Bramasol Project Managers support the analysis, methodology and processes of Bramasol, while supporting the development of estimates, schedules, solutions and technical issues during the sales cycle. The Project Manager ensures high quality service and delivery, managing project teams and mentoring members. The Project Manager will be involved in preparing the detailed level schedule for the team and all functional and technical areas as agreed to under the SOW.

Primary duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery of one medium project, a portion of a larger project under the direction of a Sr. Project Manager or several smaller projects.

  • Drive results while gaining the confidence and commitment of client and team members, facilitates an overall great customer experience.

  • Lead the coordination of resources, project scope, project deliverables and work products, project risk management, timelines, communication, and change control.

  • Manages and reports project status including estimate-to-complete, scope, budget, risk and timeline compliance.

  • Participates in PMO audits and leads project teams during audits, quality gates, as well as, post-implementation lessons learned reviews.

  • Responsible for capture of Bramasol Intellectual Capital.

  • Ability to influence decisions and facilitate change control through collaboration and leadership.

  • Mentor team members, consulting and client communication and service practices.

  • Strive for continuous improvements by incorporating best practices for project management to ensure consistent delivery of quality projects under the PMO.

  • Maintain a level of constant and effective communications with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts.

  • Perform other duties as requested by direct supervisor or management.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP tools and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, project management and coordination skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 – 7 years of project management experience

  • 10+ years of SAP solution delivery experience

  • 3 – 5 years as a Functional Team lead, preferably in Finance / Controlling.

  • PMP Certification desirable

  • Experience with Project Management methods, tools and methodologies including PMI standards, Agile, Waterfall, ASAP, Activate

  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, providing timely and accurate status reports and other communications to management and team members.

  • A proven track record of successfully leading multiple concurrent small – medium projects or being a member of a project management team on a larger project.

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills

  • Experience leveraging expertise to create a phenomenal customer service experience

  • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure

  • Ability to recognize and drive additional client add on services

  • Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
